It's kind of funny to me too, because I just spent 26 hours plowing/shoveling the massive blizzard that hit the Northeast and could use a little renewing of my strength! I think its the 'waiting upon the LORD' part that seems so difficult because we are always so busy, constantly 'doing' instead of waiting on anything. Great verse.
