Great verse. It’s kind of funny to me too, because I just spent 26 hours plowing/shoveling the massive blizzard that hit the Northeast and could use a little renewing of my strength! I think its the ‘waiting upon the LORD’ part that seems so difficult because we are always so busy, constantly ‘doing’ instead of waiting on anything.
Also, I ended up using this verse (and several of the preceding ones) in my Sunday School lesson for my church’s Youth Group today. It just fit so well with the Anthropic Principle and the Teleological Argument! Ha. I just sounded academic.
